licevos sells digital products only (software licenses, activation keys, accounts and subscriptions).
All orders are delivered by email—no physical shipping.
Delivery (Digital Only)

How you receive your order: we send your license key, account/subscription details or activation instructions to the email address used at checkout. If applicable, items may also appear in your customer account on our website.

Typical delivery time: usually within minutes after payment is confirmed. In some cases (manual checks, stock sync, payment review) delivery may take up to 1–12 hours, and in rare cases up to 24 hours.

Region & account restrictions: some products may be region-locked or “new account only.” Any restrictions are shown on the product page. Please read carefully before buying.

No physical shipment: no postage/courier fees apply to digital orders.
Payment
We use trusted processors for secure checkout. Available methods may vary by country/device.

PayPal: available on selected products/regions

Currency: Prices are shown primarily in GBP for UK customers. Your bank may apply currency conversion/fees if you pay in another currency.

Taxes (VAT): shown at checkout where applicable under UK rules.
We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers with encryption and Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) where required.
Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our platform, some orders may be held for manual review. We may request limited additional information to verify the purchase. If verification fails or fraud is suspected, we may cancel and refund the order.
Billing & Invoices

You’ll receive an order confirmation and a payment receipt by email.

A VAT invoice can be provided on request (where applicable).

On your bank statement, the charge will appear as “ licevos” or our payment provider’s descriptor.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please try:

another card or method (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay),

contacting your bank to approve the transaction,

placing a new order after clearing browser cache or using a different browser/device.

In short, because we sell digital content, you normally lose the cooling-off right once delivery/activation starts (with your express consent), but we will replace or refund where a product is faulty, not as described, cannot be activated despite correct use, or was delivered in error.
